šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Cyber Security Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Boeing's aerospace systems and products meet the highest standards of security and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cyber security compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will report directly to the Cyber Security Program Manager and will be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to protecting Boeing's customers and employees.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement cyber security compliance programs to ensure that Boeing's aerospace systems and products meet regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for cyber security compliance.
Provide training and awareness programs for employees on cyber security best practices.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in cyber security compliance, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIST.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Cyber Security or related field.
CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSMP certification.
Experience with cloud security platforms.
Familiarity with Boeing's cyber security policies and procedures.
