🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect for Cloud Services, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our German enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales teams, customers, and engineering teams to understand customer security requirements and develop tailored security solutions.

You will report to our Cloud Security Engineering Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that our cloud-based solutions meet the highest security standards. Your impact will be felt across our organization, as you help us stay ahead of emerging security threats and protect our customers' sensitive data.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our German enterprise clients, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer security requirements and develop tailored security solutions.

* Work with engineering teams to integrate security features into our cloud-based solutions.

* Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for our cloud security solutions.

* Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide technical expertise to the team.

* Collaborate with our Cloud Security Engineering Manager to develop and implement cloud security best practices.

* Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots to demonstrate the value of our cloud security solutions.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the German market.

* Represent Cisco at industry events and conferences to showcase our cloud security capabilities.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.

* In-depth knowledge of cloud security frameworks, including AWS and Azure.

* Strong understanding of security protocols, including SSL/TLS, SFTP, and VPN.

* Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools.

* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.

* CISSP or CISM certification.

* Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

* Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
