🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of Target's e-commerce platform. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry regulations and best practices. The Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Officer will report to the Chief Information Security Officer and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards for Target's e-commerce platform.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats.

Develop and implement incident response plans to respond to security incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into all aspects of the business.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate Target team members on cybersecurity best practices.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Strong communication and project management skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.

CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSMP certification.

Experience with cloud-based security tools and platforms.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and COBIT.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Target offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
