🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring the protection of sensitive customer information. Reporting to our Head of Cybersecurity, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective cybersecurity strategies, identify potential threats, and develop mitigation plans. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of our overall security posture and the prevention of cyber-attacks.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against advanced threats and data breaches. Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy secure architectures, configurations, and processes. Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation. Design and deliver training programs to enhance the cybersecurity awareness of our global workforce. Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security breaches. Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide guidance on the adoption of new security solutions. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on consulting or advisory roles. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies and programs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards, such as NIST and PCI-DSS. Experience with security tools, technologies, and frameworks, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field. Certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. Experience with cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices. Previous experience working with global teams and in a remote work environment.
