🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of cybersecurity and identify potential risks to their business. You will work closely with our client-facing teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to mitigate cyber threats. Reporting to our Director of Cybersecurity, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from risk assessments to incident response and remediation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess cybersecurity risks to client businesses.

Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps to mitigate identified risks.

Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.

Work with clients to develop and implement incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises to prepare for potential cyber incidents.

Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and provide guidance to clients on best practices for cybersecurity.

Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for clients on cybersecurity best practices and risk management.

Provide strategic advice to clients on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT leaders.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on risk management and consulting.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.

Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls.

Proven experience with risk assessment and management tools, such as NIST Risk Management Framework and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) risk management framework.

Experience with incident response and remediation, including developing and implementing incident response plans and conducting tabletop exercises.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps.

Certification in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security — Specialty or Google Cloud Certified — Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.

Experience with data analytics and machine learning for cybersecurity.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience.
