🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting the financial institution from cybersecurity threats. You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management programs and policies to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data. You will work closely with our incident response team and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks. You will also provide training and guidance to our employees on cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement risk management programs and policies to protect the financial institution from cybersecurity threats.

Conduct regular risk assessments and threat intelligence analysis to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with incident response team and other stakeholders to respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.

Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies and provide guidance to the team on emerging trends.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, preferably in a financial institution.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience with risk management frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

Excellent communication and technical skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Experience with cloud-based security solutions and DevSecOps.

Fluency in German or another European language is an asset.
