The Senior Data Analyst - Credit Risk Modeling will work closely with our credit risk management team to analyze and develop models to assess credit risk for various loan products. This role is responsible for collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities, and to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve credit risk outcomes. The successful candidate will report to the Credit Risk Modeling Manager and will contribute to the development of our risk management strategy. This role will have a significant impact on our ability to effectively manage risk and make informed lending decisions.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain credit risk models using machine learning and statistical techniques, and ensure their accuracy and robustness. Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve credit risk outcomes. Work with business stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies to address emerging risks. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and to develop insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit risk management. Develop and maintain relationships with data vendors and other external partners to ensure access to high-quality data.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in data analysis, credit risk modeling, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field. Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical programming languages, such as Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with credit risk modeling techniques, such as logistic regression or decision trees. Experience working with large data sets and databases, such as SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or statistics. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Certification in data science or risk management, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Risk Manager. Experience working with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER
