šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Data Analyst ā E-commerce Analytics Specialist at Starbucks, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging data insights to inform our e-commerce strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to optimize our online shopping experience. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will have a significant impact on our online revenue growth and customer engagement.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to analyze e-commerce sales data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, product promotions, and pricing strategies.
⢠Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform product development, customer experience improvements, and loyalty programs.
⢠Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast sales, optimize product assortment, and identify opportunities for incremental revenue.
⢠Work with IT teams to integrate data from various sources, ensure data quality, and implement data governance best practices.
⢠Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
⢠Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong background in e-commerce analytics.
⢠Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
⢠Expert-level skills in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
⢠Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
⢠Proficiency in data integration tools, data governance best practices, and data security protocols.
⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
⢠Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
⢠Familiarity with data quality frameworks, such as Data Quality Framework (DQF) or Data Quality Management (DQM).
⢠Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA).
⢠Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and a generous learning and development budget.
