🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analyst on our E-commerce Growth Strategy team, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of E-commerce Growth Strategy and will have a significant impact on the company's growth and revenue.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Developing data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Collaborating with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and tools.

Providing data governance and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and business strategy.

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.

Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

While not required, the following skills and experience would be a plus:

Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
