šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analyst on our E-commerce Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to optimize our online shopping experience. You will report directly to the E-commerce Operations Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver a seamless online experience for millions of customers.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform business decisions.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvements.

Collaborate with the E-commerce Operations team to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve website performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with IT to develop and maintain data pipelines and integrate with external tools and services.

Identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data analysis and make recommendations to senior leadership.

Develop and maintain detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and database management systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.

Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field.

Experience with agile project management methodologies.
