🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data-driven insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement. Your work will have a significant impact on our business, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain complex data models to analyze customer behavior and preferences.

Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven insights.

Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with Python or R programming language.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a Quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).

2+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and models.

Certification in data science or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of MXN 60,000 to MXN 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
