🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Digital Transformation team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive digital innovation. Reporting to the Director of Data Science, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

* Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and predictive models to drive digital innovation

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer experience

* Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on digital strategy and product development

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics

* Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and science

* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in all analysis and reporting

* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

* Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and architecture

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and science, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation

* Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL

* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment

* Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and transformation

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling

* Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

* Experience working with data governance policies and procedures

* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and scrum frameworks

* Experience working with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
