šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Data Analyst for Value-Based Care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, analyse data, and optimise care pathways. Your expertise will help drive business decisions and inform policy development, contributing to the success of our Value-Based Care programme. You will report directly to the Director of Healthcare Analytics and have regular collaboration meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and maintain complex data visualisations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
⢠Design and implement data-driven models to predict healthcare outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
⢠Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate data analytics into clinical workflows and inform care decisions.
⢠Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations.
⢠Develop and maintain data quality and governance standards to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
⢠Participate in process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis.
⢠Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data analytics solutions into our technology infrastructure.
⢠Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and policy development.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analytics.
⢠Mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with a focus on value-based care.
⢠Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
⢠Advanced expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
⢠Experience with healthcare data systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
⢠Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
⢠Strong understanding of healthcare policy and value-based care models.
⢠Certification in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional).
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modelling.
⢠Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
⢠Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
