🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analytics and Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informed decision-making through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to drive business outcomes. You will report to the Director of Data Analytics and will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that contribute to ALDI's success.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models and algorithms to drive business insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored data solutions.

Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate key business insights to stakeholders.

Conduct regular data analytics workshops and training sessions to upskill and reskill business stakeholders.

Work with the data engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data analytics solutions.

Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure high-quality data.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on advanced analytics and modeling.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience with advanced data analytics tools, including machine learning, deep learning, and predictive modeling.

Excellent SQL and programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or R.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or GCP.

Certification in data science or a related field is a plus.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience working with large-scale data sets and distributed computing frameworks.

Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
