🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing customer experiences through advanced data analysis and visualization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to inform strategic decisions. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven initiatives that drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop complex data pipelines using Apache Beam and Apache Spark to integrate with various data sources

Create interactive and dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key business metrics

Develop and maintain machine learning models using scikit-learn and TensorFlow to predict customer behavior and preferences

Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement data-driven recommendations to drive business growth

Work closely with the development team to integrate data analytics capabilities into existing applications

Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for data analytics tools and processes

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in data analytics engineering, with a strong background in data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL

Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Certification in data science or a related field is a plus

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
