šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Senior Data Analytics Manager for Revenue Growth Optimization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, you will have a significant impact on our company's revenue growth and profitability.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain complex data models and predictive analytics to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with revenue management, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of revenue growth initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Lead data analytics projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data insights are incorporated into business decisions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize revenue growth.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on revenue growth optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data models.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in revenue growth optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certification in data analytics or a related field.
