π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Data Analytics Specialist (E-Commerce Insights), you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our e-commerce team to develop and implement data analytics strategies that inform product offerings, pricing, and marketing campaigns. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance our customers' experiences.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze complex data sets from our e-commerce platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for business leaders.
Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders, including senior management, product teams, and marketing.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce business, including customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
Partner with our product teams to develop data-driven product Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing spend.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new insights and tools to drive business growth.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate data-related risks, working closely with IT and security teams to ensure data protection.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on e-commerce and business insights.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional).
Experience working with machine learning algorithms and models.
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
