🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analytics Specialist for Market Research at ADP, you will be responsible for uncovering actionable insights from market data to inform business strategies and drive growth. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity. Your findings will shape our product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement data analytics models to extract insights from market data.

- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to design and execute data visualizations and reporting.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to inform product roadmap and customer experience enhancements.

- Work with data engineers to integrate new data sources and ensure data quality.

- Develop and maintain data dashboards to track key performance indicators.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data analytics strategies.

- Mentor junior data analysts and share knowledge and best practices.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
