🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Data Integration Specialist will play a critical role in our Retail Operations team, ensuring seamless data flow and insights across our entire organization. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using various technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google BigQuery. The Senior Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, as well as providing data analytics support to business stakeholders.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Redshift.

* Develop and implement data transformation, data quality, and data governance best practices using Apache Beam and Apache Spark.

* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data warehouses and data lakes using Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift.

* Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Python and SQL.

* Provide data analytics support to business stakeholders, including data visualization and reporting using Tableau and Power BI.

* Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards using AWS QuickSight.

* Collaborate with the data governance team to implement data lineage and data cataloging using AWS Glue Data Catalog.

* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in data integration and data analytics.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Expert-level knowledge of data integration technologies, including AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Apache Beam.

* Strong understanding of data transformation, data quality, and data governance best practices.

* Experience with data warehousing and data lakes using Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift.

* Strong SQL and Python programming skills.

* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Experience with containerization and serverless computing using Docker and AWS Lambda.

* Knowledge of agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.

* Experience with data governance and data cataloging using AWS Glue Data Catalog.

* Experience with business intelligence and data analytics using Power BI and Tableau.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match. We also offer 10 days of paid vacation per year, as well as access to our employee learning and development program. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and be part of our hybrid team.
