🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Scientist on our AI Research and Development team, you will work closely with a talented team of researchers and engineers to develop and apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to a wide range of problems in computer vision, natural language processing and reinforcement learning. You will design and implement new algorithms and models, deploy them in production environments and evaluate their performance. This role requires a strong background in machine learning and a passion for applying mathematical and computational techniques to real-world problems.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement new machine learning models and algorithms for computer vision and natural language processing tasks.

Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to develop and deploy new AI systems.

Develop and maintain high-quality software code in a variety of programming languages.

Work with cross-functional teams to apply AI solutions to real-world problems.

Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of new AI systems.

Collaborate with data engineers to develop and deploy data pipelines and data storage solutions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PhD in Computer Science or related field.

3+ years of experience in machine learning research and development.

Strong background in deep learning and computer vision.

Proficient in a variety of programming languages, including Python, C++ and Julia.

Experience with cloud-based computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

experience with reinforcement learning and robotics.

Familiarity with open-source machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing.

Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000-€80,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, vacation days and learning and development budget.
