🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in developing and deploying predictive analytics models to assess and manage risk across our business. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value. The Senior Data Scientist will report to the Director of Data Science and will have a significant impact on shaping our risk management strategy.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deploy predictive analytics models to assess and manage risk across our business.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value.

Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets.

Develop and maintain complex statistical models to identify trends and predict outcomes.

Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in predictive analytics and machine learning.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, or a related field.

PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Certification in data science or analytics preferred.

Experience working with large datasets and developing data pipelines.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
