šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist - Mobile Devices, you will be responsible for ensuring that Apple's mobile devices and services are accessible and usable by people with disabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility barriers, develop and implement accessibility standards, and provide training and guidance to developers. You will report to the Accessibility Team Lead and will have a significant impact on improving the user experience for people with disabilities.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain accessibility standards and guidelines for mobile devices and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility barriers in products and services.
Provide training and guidance to developers on accessibility best practices.
Conduct accessibility audits and testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Work with the Accessibility Team Lead to develop and implement accessibility strategies.
Develop and deliver accessibility training to employees and stakeholders.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital accessibility or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience with accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG 2.1.
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems and accessibility features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience with accessibility testing tools and software.
Certification in digital accessibility, such as Certified Accessibility Professional (CAP).
Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of Ā£50,000 - Ā£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
