šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us manage and maintain a vast library of anime and manga content. This position will involve overseeing content uploads, ensuring metadata accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive content engagement. You will report directly to the Content Operations Manager and will be responsible for making significant contributions to the content pipeline.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement content upload schedules to ensure timely and seamless deployment across all platforms.

Maintain and update content metadata, including titles, genres, tags, and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with the Content Acquisition team to review and approve new content titles for upload.

Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure effective content promotion.

Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot content-related issues, including errors, inconsistencies, and technical problems.

Contribute to content strategy discussions and provide input on new content opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with content providers, including publishers, studios, and distributors.

Maintain records and reports on content performance, sales, and engagement.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media.

At least 3 years of experience in a digital content role, preferably in the anime and manga industry.

Strong understanding of digital content delivery platforms, including CRMs, DAMs, and CMS.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in content management systems, including metadata management and workflow automation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Certified Digital Content Specialist (CDCS) certification is preferred but not required.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a relevant field or a related field.

Experience with content analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Familiarity with the anime and manga community, including knowledge of popular titles and genres.

Fluency in multiple languages, including Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
