🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Experience Manager in our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer-centric digital experiences across our online platforms. Reporting to the E-commerce Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance our digital presence. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help shape the future of our digital strategy and transform the way we engage with our customers.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute digital experience strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and loyalty

Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital experiences that meet customer needs and business objectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, develop user personas, and inform UX design decisions

Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform data-driven design decisions

Work with development teams to ensure seamless integration of digital experiences across multiple touchpoints

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform future-proof digital strategies

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in digital experience management, e-commerce, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or a related field

Demonstrated expertise in UX design, user research, and usability testing

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform data-driven design decisions

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Design, Business, or a related field

Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software

Knowledge of front-end development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Certifications in UX design, digital marketing, or project management

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary, depending on experience
