šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Senior Digital Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our omnichannel retail strategy, ensuring seamless interactions between our online and offline channels. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will lead a team of digital experts to design, develop, and implement intuitive and engaging customer experiences across all touchpoints, driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing brand loyalty. Your impact will be measured by key performance indicators such as website conversion rates, mobile app downloads, and customer satisfaction scores.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the omnichannel retail strategy to drive customer engagement and conversion, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints, including the website, mobile app, and social media channels.
- Lead a cross-functional team of digital experts, including UX designers, front-end developers, and digital marketing specialists, to design, develop, and deploy innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize digital product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices, informing strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Develop and manage digital budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless execution of digital projects and initiatives.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver innovative and engaging digital experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data security and customer privacy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in digital retail or e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering omnichannel retail strategies and digital solutions that drive customer engagement and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and social media marketing.
- Experience with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and optimize digital performance.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end development and design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with digital project management tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
- Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, a contributory pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
