Senior Digital Experience Project Manager — Retail E-commerce

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Experience Project Manager at Best Buy, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital projects that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Experience and will be working closely with various stakeholders, including product owners, designers, and developers. Your goal will be to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budget plans to ensure successful project delivery

* Lead cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver digital projects

* Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address them

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals

* Develop and maintain project dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making

* Conduct project post-mortem analyses to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

* Develop and execute project governance processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

* Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to identify and prioritize project opportunities that align with business goals

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, product owners, and other project sponsors

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

* Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

* Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital projects on time, within budget, and with high quality

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data

* Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* PMP certification or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO)

* Experience working with digital product teams, including designers, developers, and product owners

* Familiarity with digital project management frameworks, such as Waterfall or Hybrid

* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking

* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

* Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
