🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Experience Strategist at Verizon, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital experiences that drive business results and enhance customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will have a significant impact on the development of our digital strategy and will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform digital experience strategies. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to design and implement digital experiences that meet business objectives. Conduct user research and testing to ensure digital experiences meet customer needs and expectations. Work closely with the digital experience team to plan, prioritize, and execute digital projects. Develop and manage digital experience roadmaps to ensure long-term goals are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions. Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 8+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, product management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or technology. Proven experience in developing and executing digital experience strategies that drive business results. Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

. Master's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or technology. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and lean start-up principles. Strong understanding of digital experience technologies such as content management systems and customer relationship management software.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Senior Digital Experience Strategist at Verizon, you can expect a highly competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
