π― ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Strategist to join our international team, responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that drive engagement, inclusivity, and social impact. Reporting to our Director of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital experiences that meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders. Your expertise will help us harness the power of technology to create meaningful connections and drive positive change in the lives of people and communities worldwide.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement digital strategies that align with Goodwill's mission and goals, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital space, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver digital experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences, including individuals, communities, and partners.
- Develop and manage budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation to achieve digital objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives, using data to inform continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital technologies and trends, and apply this expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
- Contribute to the development of Goodwill's digital vision and strategy, ensuring that our digital initiatives align with our overall mission and goals.
- Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure that all digital initiatives are accessible, inclusive, and respectful of diverse needs and perspectives.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, experience working in non-profit or social enterprise sectors a plus.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies, with a focus on engagement, inclusivity, and social impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and resources, with a focus on effective allocation and ROI.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including social media, email, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with digital project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Certified digital marketing professional (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity principles, with experience applying these principles in digital contexts.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of 55,000 - 70,000 EUR per year, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
