🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Senior Digital Health Platform Manager - Retail Operations, you will play a key role in designing and implementing digital health solutions to enhance the customer experience across our retail stores. In this role, you will report to the Director of Retail Operations and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the adoption and usage of our digital health platforms. Your primary focus will be on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute plans to enhance the adoption and usage of digital health platforms across retail stores.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital health solutions that meet the needs of customers and business stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital health.

• Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful execution of projects.

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital health platforms and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in retail operations, digital health, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing and executing strategies to drive business growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Experience in a leadership role with a team of 5+ members.

• Certification in digital health or a related field.

• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
