π― ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst - E-commerce will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. This highly analytical professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify new opportunities for growth. Reporting to the E-commerce Marketing Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will have a significant impact on Nike's e-commerce business, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain complex data models and analyses to inform e-commerce marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and merchandising, to develop and implement data-driven marketing plans
Analyze customer behavior and purchase data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign success
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize digital marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external data providers to enhance data insights and marketing capabilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for implementation and integration into Nike's marketing strategies
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience with data analysis and management, including data modeling, data visualization, and data mining
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, email, and paid advertising
Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬55,000 - β¬75,000 per year, depending on experience
