As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Marriott's Mexican market expansion through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform business decisions and optimize marketing investments.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain detailed market research reports on the Mexican tourism industry, including competitor analysis, market sizing, and trend forecasting.

• Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges facing the business, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and economic downturns.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and optimize results.

• Ensure compliance with Marriott's brand standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to optimize marketing efficiency.

• Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to inform marketing decisions.

• Collaborate with the customer insights team to develop and execute customer segments and personas.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, market research, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.

• Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
