šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that meet marketing objectives
Develop and manage complex reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform marketing decisions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
Manage digital marketing budgets, ensure ROI optimization, and provide recommendations for budget reallocation
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness
Work closely with sales and product development teams to incorporate customer insights and market intelligence into marketing strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to secure marketing services and tools
Provide marketing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and managing complex digital marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in Marketing Analytics or Digital Marketing
Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
Ability to code in Python, R, or SQL
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000-£80,000 per annum, plus benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and 25 days' annual leave. You will also have access to a £1,000 annual learning and development budget and a flexible remote work policy that allows you to work from home up to 3 days a week.
