π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Senior Digital Supply Chain Optimization Manager for Latin America, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain and work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them. Your impact will be felt throughout the organization, as you work to optimize our supply chain operations and drive business growth.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven analytical models to inform supply chain decisions
- Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and drive compliance with Kroger's supplier standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase supply chain productivity and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key supply chain metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and development to supply chain team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities to apply them in Kroger's supply chain operations
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on digital transformation and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, including ERP and WMS systems
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in cloud-based supply chain management systems
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
