🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our business, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Your work will have a direct impact on our business, driving revenue growth and improving customer experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions, such as mobile apps, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop business cases to support investment decisions.

• Manage and execute digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and suppliers.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our digital capabilities.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, with a focus on business outcomes.

• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in Digital Transformation, ITIL, or a related field.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
