🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the entire organization, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact projects.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas of opportunity and recommend innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and test new digital solutions, including AI, blockchain, and IoT.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.

- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation best practices and trends.

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Conduct regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress and outcomes.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and executing digital transformation strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AI, blockchain, and IoT technologies.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in the food industry or a related field.

- Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP) or Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA) certification.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
