šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant for Banking Operations at Bank of America, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our banking operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. You will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for leading projects from scoping to delivery, working with stakeholders to identify business needs, and developing and implementing solutions that meet those needs. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as your work will contribute to the development of our digital capabilities and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and other activities to promote digital literacy and adoption
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from scoping to delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in digital transformation, Agile, or a related field
- Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools
- Experience with containerization and microservices architectures
