🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at T-Mobile, you will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop comprehensive solutions to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings

- Design and implement solutions to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digital transformation initiatives

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

- Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use new digital tools and systems

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven track record of successful digital transformation projects and experience working with senior leadership

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders

- Certification in digital transformation, IT service management, or a related field

- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technologies

- Strong understanding of cloud security and data protection regulations
