🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our healthcare companies navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You'll work closely with our business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive digital innovation. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, and for ensuring that these solutions are aligned with our business goals and values.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including the development of business cases, project plans, and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop strategies to drive growth.

- Ensure that digital solutions are aligned with business goals and values.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital transformation, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

- Work closely with our data analytics team to develop metrics and dashboards to measure the success of digital initiatives.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

- Work closely with our IT team to develop and implement technical solutions that support digital transformation.

- Collaborate with our business partners to identify opportunities for digital collaboration and develop strategies to drive business growth.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes.

- Ensure that all digital initiatives are aligned with our business goals and values.

- Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that all digital initiatives are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on the healthcare industry.

- Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its applications in the healthcare industry.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

- Certification in digital transformation, ITIL, or a related field.

- Experience working with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.

- Strong experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms.

- Strong experience with marketing and digital marketing strategies.
