🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at Family Dollar, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation strategy. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement digital solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion. Your work will have a direct impact on our business growth and profitability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our business objectives• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives• Design and implement solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets• Conduct stakeholder analysis and communicate project updates effectively.• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit our business.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics• Excellent communication and project management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines• Fluency in German language (written and spoken)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role• Certification in digital transformation, project management, or a related field• Experience working with cloud-based tools such as AWS or Azure• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision• Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, paid in 14 installments.
