šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Senior Digital Transformation Lead - Omnichannel Retail, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Transformation, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance our customers' online and in-store experiences. Your work will have a direct impact on our revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and deliver digital transformation initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for digital transformation, assessing business needs and technical feasibility.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences, omnichannel promotions, and loyalty programs.
Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and in-store digital displays.
Work closely with our IT team to integrate digital solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
Analyze data and insights to measure the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, or a related field.
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
Proficient in agile project management methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience working in the retail industry, with a focus on omnichannel retail or digital transformation.
Certification in digital marketing, e-commerce, or project management.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in driving business decisions.
