As our Senior Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our UK retail transformation program, driving digital innovation, and delivering strategic business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive program plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Your impact will be felt across the organization, driving business growth, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation program plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, market research, and industry trends.

* Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, supply chain, and store operations, to design and implement effective program roadmap and timelines.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.

* Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging experimentation, learning from failures, and implementing improvements.

* Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective ROI measurement.

* Conduct regular program reviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and partnership.

* Develop and deliver training programs, knowledge sharing sessions, and workshops to build digital literacy and capabilities within the organization.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform program strategy and recommendations.

* Collaborate with the Change Management team to design and implement effective change management plans, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new initiatives.

* Monitor and report program progress, metrics, and ROI, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the executive team.

* Develop and recommend business cases for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, ROI, and resource requirements.

* Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement effective technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, program management, or related field, with a strong background in retail or consumer goods experience.

* Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation programs, with tangible business outcomes and ROI.

* MBA or advanced degree in a related field, such as business administration, information systems, or computer science.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with ability to navigate complex business and technical issues.

* Experience with digital transformation frameworks, tools, and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.

* Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud, AI, IoT, AR/VR, and cybersecurity.

* Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

* Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.

* Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business goals, objectives, and metrics.

* Experience with change management, organizational development, and cultural transformation.

* Strong technical writing and communication skills, with ability to develop clear, concise reports and presentations.

* Familiarity with cloud-based project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

* Experience working with retail or consumer goods companies, with a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.

* Certification in digital transformation, program management, or related fields, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

* Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as blockchain, 5G, or edge computing.
