šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Home Depot's digital transformation strategy across the UK region. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will lead a team of experts to design, implement, and deliver business-critical initiatives that enhance the customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and foster innovation. Your impact will be felt across the organization, influencing the way we engage with customers, manage our supply chain, and make data-driven decisions.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the UK region, aligned with Home Depot's global objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy business-critical digital solutions, including cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources
- Manage budgets, timelines, and scope for multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging teams to explore new technologies and business models
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and external experts to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the business, influencing key decisions and initiatives
- Analyze and report on project success, identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, program management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree a plus
- Strong technical skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business problems
- Experience working in a UK retail or e-commerce environment is highly desirable
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification; Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
- Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience working with UK-based suppliers, partners, and startups to drive innovation and collaboration

- Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
