🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Hilton's market expansion in Germany. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with our local market teams to drive business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough business requirement gathering and analysis to identify process improvements and areas for digital transformation.

Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with local market teams to develop and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.

Lead project teams to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and managed within approved limits.

Identify and communicate project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management experience in a digital transformation context.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.

Fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

PMP or Agile certification.

Experience working with cloud-based project management tools.

Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, including data analytics and artificial intelligence.
