šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager for the Mexico region, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiency and customer experience. You will report directly to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your impact will be evident in the successful delivery of projects that enhance our services, customer engagement, and business growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute digital transformation project plans, aligning with business objectives and regional strategies
. Collaborate with regional teams, including IT, Operations, and Customer Experience, to identify and prioritize project opportunities
. Lead project teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
. Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships to achieve cost-effective solutions
. Analyze project data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
. Foster strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners
. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to develop their skills and expertise
. Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
. Ensure projects meet USPS's standards for accessibility, security, and compliance
. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and project management
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 8+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on digital transformation and Agile methodologies
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
3. PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)
4. Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, and software development
5. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience working in a large, matrix-organized company with global operations
2. Familiarity with USPS's technology stack and infrastructure
3. Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
4. Certification in data analytics or business intelligence

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 to 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience
