🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager within our Wholesale Operations team, you will be responsible for leading multi-functional projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Transformation and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that align with our business strategy. Your key focus will be on driving digital transformation initiatives that improve our supply chain, logistics, and customer experience, ultimately driving business growth and profitability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute project plans, including project charters, scope statements, and work plans, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Lead cross-functional teams of stakeholders, including business partners, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

• Conduct thorough project analysis, including stakeholder identification, risk assessment, and dependency identification, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

• Develop and manage project budgets, including resource allocation, cost estimates, and variance analysis, to ensure financial accountability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

• Develop and implement project governance and quality frameworks to ensure project quality and compliance.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, including project metrics, risks, and issues.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing mitigation plans and executing recovery strategies as needed.

• Manage and mitigate project scope creep, including developing change management plans and executing changes as needed.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.

• PMP or Agile certifications, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain, logistics, and customer experience.

• Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Jira, or MS Project.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, data analytics, and customer experience.

• Experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience with change management, including developing and executing change management plans.

• Experience with IT service management, including developing and executing IT service level agreements.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

CostCo offers a competitive salary package of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
