🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our digital strategy and modernizing our infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and test new digital solutions that enhance our customer experience. Reporting to our Director of Digital Transformation, you will have a significant impact on our business operations and contribute to the growth of our company.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new digital solutions, including mobile apps, websites, and APIs.

- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of digital systems to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

- Work with our IT team to migrate existing systems to cloud-based infrastructure and implement DevOps practices.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

- Collaborate with our product team to gather requirements and design user-friendly interfaces.

- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform digital transformation initiatives.

- Conduct regular progress reports to stakeholders and contribute to the development of our digital transformation roadmap.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our digital strategy.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong technical skills, including cloud computing, DevOps, and API architecture.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS or Azure.

- Certification in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.

- Experience with data analytics and customer feedback tools.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €50,000 to €80,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and a generous vacation package.
