šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Senior Digital Transformation Strategist for Telecommunications, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's digital future. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement digital solutions, including cloud migration, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
Work with marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Develop and manage budgets for digital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, telecommunications, or a related field.
Masters or doctoral degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, with measurable business outcomes.
Expertise in cloud migration, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a multinational organization, with a global perspective.
Certification in digital transformation, such as CDP or CDTP.
Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce.
Familiarity with telecommunication regulations and compliance requirements.

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
