🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Strategy Lead in our Investment Banking Operations division, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's digital transformation strategy across all aspects of the business. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enhancement, and innovation-driven growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives and contributes to the achievement of our short-term and long-term goals.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap for Investment Banking Operations, including the identification and prioritization of key projects and initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee the successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the firm has access to the latest digital technologies and solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, and recommend opportunities for adoption and integration.

Lead the development of business cases and ROI analyses to justify digital investments and demonstrate the value of digital transformation initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in a related field, such as digital transformation, operations management, or investment banking.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.

Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business growth through process improvement and technology enhancement.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with digital transformation methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.

Certification in digital transformation, such as CBAP or Agile PM.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Strong network of contacts in the digital transformation industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth and innovation.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
