🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Experience Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our customers' online shopping experience across various channels. You will report directly to our Director of E-commerce and work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric e-commerce experiences that drive business growth. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving retail landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs.

. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and development teams to design and launch new e-commerce features and experiences.

. Conduct customer research and analysis to inform e-commerce product decisions and improvements.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our e-commerce platform remains competitive.

. Work with our analytics team to measure and optimize e-commerce performance metrics.

. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support e-commerce initiatives.

. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate e-commerce hypotheses and improve customer engagement.

. Develop and maintain documentation of e-commerce strategies, designs, and decisions.

. Other duties as assigned.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 7+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, product management, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies that drive business growth.

. Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, including e-commerce platforms, APIs, and integrations.

. Excellent communication and project management skills.

. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

. Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or Shopify.

. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.

. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

. Knowledge of e-commerce security best practices.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive health insurance package, a retirement plan, and 25 days of vacation per year.
