🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-Commerce Integration Specialist at Tractor Supply Germany, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth integration of our e-commerce platform with our supply chain and logistics operations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and marketing, to design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports our online sales channel. Your primary objective will be to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and satisfying online shopping experience. You will report to the Director of E-Commerce and will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our supply chain and logistics operations.

Develop and execute technical strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain e-commerce-related projects, such as platform upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user guides.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our e-commerce platform.

Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce integration, preferably in a retail or e-commerce company.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Expert-level knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Magento, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages, with experience in API development and integration.

Experience with data integration tools, such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Informatica.

Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

Certification in e-commerce, web development, or data integration is a plus.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery.

Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for e-commerce platforms.

Certification in data science or machine learning is a plus.
